Great snacks.I was actually looking for a low calorie, low fat, when I recieved these popped lotus seeds. They are like puffs but crunchy, so delicious and tasty, and keep you full-my favourite one is chocolate flavour..it tastes amazing ...all the packets are tasty...looking forward to purchase the popped seeds again....great work blops💯😘😘

These popped lotus seeds are very nice. They’re much lower in fat than crisps or popcorn and a really good alternative when you have the munchies but don’t want to eat unhealthily.So delicious! 100% recommend to have at home / work for go to healthy snacks

I had never tried lotus seeds before and didn’t know what to expect but lovely flavours, very nice texture and good pack sizes. Would defo recommend if you want to try something a little different from regular popcorn (although the popcorn is nice too)

I really like the popcorn, but I would say I am not to keen on the lotus it has a strong taste and smell.
